夜はディープな大阪を楽しみたく、ネットで調べてこちらを訪問しました。
アパホテル＆リゾート〈大阪梅田駅タワー〉から5分くらいで到着します。
以下いただいたお料理です。

◼️お通し
→青菜と韓国海苔の和え物です。ちょっと酸味が効いていてお酒が欲しくなります。
◼️たこわさ
→ タコのコリコリとした食感と風味豊かなわさびがとても合ってます。
◼️目玉焼き
→ソースで味付けされており、お野菜は中華風になってます。めちゃくちゃ相性良くてライスが欲しくなります。
◼️ホルモン焼きそば
→ぷりぷりな食感のホルモンがゴロゴロ入ってます。焼きそばも麺がモチモチしてます。さすが食の街大阪の一端を垣間見ました。
お料理はどれも美味しくて大満足なのですが、それ以上にマスターが気遣いがきちんと出来る方で好感持てて訪問して大正解でした。また大阪行ったら絶対再訪します。
