本日ご紹介するのは、宝石のようなスイーツ。
夜遅めまで営業しているため、夜のパーティの差し入れにもおすすめです。
『KARIN』
北新地にある、ライズホテル大阪北新地の1回にあります。
22時までの営業です。
素敵な紙袋に入れてくれました。
ライズホテルの宿泊者だと割引があるみたいです。

◆KARIN SELECTION モデルヌ＆カトルカールキュブ
ショーケースにはスクエア型のシフォンケーキやプリンが並んでいて、どれもキレイだったのですが、いろいろ食べたいというのもあり、ちっちゃなスイーツの詰め合わせを選びました。
プチサイズの詰め合わせ。
モデルヌは、濃厚なチョコレートのケーキ。
カトルカールは、北海道産小麦粉、素焚糖（すだきとう）、ルテイン卵を使用した焼き菓子。
それぞれ味は4種類。
モデルヌは、ピスタチオ、フランボワーズ、ショコラ、チーズ。
カトルカールは、アールグレイ、レモン、オレンジ、トマト＆ベリー。
ひとつずつは指でつまめるサイズ感。
ちっちゃいけど、１個ずつが大満足。
美味しかったです。
ホテルプラザ神戸の3階にある店舗と、こちら北新地店の2店舗があるようです。
オンラインショップでお取り寄せも可能。
