去年の9月にOPENしたばかりの
イタリアンと創作料理のお店♡
PONTE VECCHIO出身のシェフと、
奈良の懐石かこむらなどのミシュラン店
出身のスーシェフの作る、
イタリアンをベースにした創作料理が
楽しめるお店です。
お店はカウンター7席がメインで別室に
個室があるよう。
目の前で仕上げられていくお料理を
眺めながら ゆっくり時が流れていくのを
楽しめる、こじんまりとした
スタイリッシュなレストランです。
4000円 ショートランチコース頂きました♡
どのお料理も手間と工夫がなされ、
独創的でオリジナリティ溢れるものばかり。
お料理の方法も様々で、厨房で炭が
焚かれているのも良いですねぇ(⁎˃ᴗ˂⁎)
最初の前菜からして独創的♡
ベビーリーフとお豆のソースを和えて
頂くんだけれど、とてもおもしろい(*ฅ́˘ฅ̀*)♡
お次は旬のアスパラをメインにした
ハワイのポキを思わせるような1品♬
半熟のたまごを絡めて頂きますが
これも素材の味がふんだんに味わえて美味♡
イカスミのパスタはホタルイカと♡
海が香る一品でした。
オイルベースでぷりっぷりで大きな
ホタルイカの旨味が際立つぅ♡
メインは六甲山のポーク。
低温で丁寧に火入れされるのを
ずっとカウンター越しに見ていたので、
1品1品の工程も見れて楽しい♬
炭火で焼かれたお野菜もたっぷりで
野菜好きな私としては嬉の叫び♡
デザートはシェフ自らお茶畑に出向いて
選び抜いた茶葉から作られた
和紅茶、煎茶、ほうじ茶から選べます♬
プレートも豪華でお腹いっぱいになりながら
綺麗に完食しました。
全体的にナチュラルな味付け、素材の味を
大切にされているなぁと感じました。
