PONTE VECCHIOで10年修行したシェフと、奈良の懐石かこむら出身のスーシェフの二枚看板のお店。伺う前から期待が膨らみます。
最近和のテイストを纏ったイタリアンが増えていますが、スーシェフが懐石出身ということもあり、和テイストを感じる料理もいくつかありました。
料理は全体的にとてもおいしく、個人的には最後のタリオリーニが最高でした！！
メインのお肉が姉妹店シュバルージュの銘柄和牛を使用していて、この日は播州牛でした。播州牛は初めていただきましたが、サシが入っていても全然しつこくなく、でも旨みがしっかり伝わってきておいしかったです。
写真を撮り忘れましたが、食後のコーヒーもイタリアンにしては珍しくネルドリップでしたが、とてもおいしかったです！！
