グランフロント大阪南館7Fに昨年10月に
オープンした定食屋さん。
阪神梅田本店にある一六茶寮の姉妹店のようです。
▪️銀鱈の西京味噌焼き膳 ¥2530

▫️グリーンジュース ▫️土鍋おぼろ豆ふ
↑をオーダー。
銀鱈の西京味噌焼きはヴァンブランソース
(白ワインソース)がたっぷりかかっていて、
少し酸味のあるクリームソースのような感じで
さっぱりといただけるソースでした。
鱈の身はやわらかくて味がしっかり染みてた～！
土鍋おぼろ豆ふはプリンみたいなぷるぷる具合で
付合せはゆずポン酢、赤かぶおろし、塩オリーブ。
メインのヴァンブランソースが余るぐらいたっぷり
あったのでそれも付けながらいただいて、
いろんな味で楽しめました。
そして豚汁は生姜入りでとてもあたたまりました。
店内はソファ席が多く、広々して明るい雰囲気でした。
