えっ？こんな所にこんなコスパ良く美味しいフレンチあったんですかって驚き‼️
実は大人気店。なんで今まで知らなかったのか。私
本格フレンチを今回は、カウンターでライブキッチンを拝見しながら
友人と美味しくいただきました。
コースには、なんとお料理にあわせたパンのペアリング！
これは初めてでしたが美味しかったぁ。
お店は、完全予約制。
他にも、テーブルやリピーターのみ入れる個室など。
前菜から木箱に入って登場の可愛いさ。
フルーツトマトと干しエビのカナッペやマグロとモッツァレラチーズのタルタルがたまらない。
アスパラと自家製のニョッキのお料理もパルミジャーノチーズが効いていて美味。
宇和島産の真鯛のポワレも期待を裏切りません。
プレートの縁のカレーパウダーも良い役割をしてくれてました。
お肉料理は、カウンターの目の前でフランベしてくれて、パフォーマンスも楽し。
どのお料理も絶品でした。
デザートも美味しく、其の後のお菓子も、木箱から
3種類チョイスできる嬉しさ。
女子会、デート、記念日にもオススメ。
