最近 日本のスパニッシュのお店に
片っ端から行っている感じですが
この日は 茶屋町あるこにある
こちらのお店にお邪魔しました。
一体どこから入るのかと思わせるような外観。
店内 も 何とも言えない 雰囲気です。
今まで見てきた感じで言えば
バルセロナの 新しい感じのお店とか
ブリュッセルにあった、
ベルガクイーンという レストランのような印象です。
内装も 外装も 好みの分かれるところです。
お昼はランチ 一択。
飲み物のラインナップを見た時に
イネディットの 生が飲めるというのが
かなり目を引きました。
そして ノンアルコールの ドリンク も
かなり充実していて 、
スペインのノンアルコールビール 、
それから 赤 白 スパークリングのノンアルコール。
すごい ラインナップだと思いました。
その日も夕方からまた出かけなければいけなかったので
お酒を飲むわけにはいかず、
私は珍しい スペインの ノンアルコールビール にしました。
妻は イネディットの 生を飲むつもりだったんですが、
結果から言うと 料理の 味が気になって
キャンセルすることにしました 。
最初に出てきたかぼちゃのスープは良かったですが、
魚介のマリネは かなり 酸味がきつく、
次に出てきた 温 前菜も 好みの味とは違いました。
食べたことのない味というだけではなく、
バランスを欠いた味わいです。
その後 ピンチョスが2種類 出てくるんですが
テーブルごとに違うものを出してきてるようです。
我が家が頂いたのは、欲しいと思ってたものとは違いました。
メインの 豚肉のソテー、
マッシュルームのソースは
これまた食べたことのない味ではありましたが
マッシュルームの香りや 旨味が全面に 出てこない 仕上がりでした。
期待値が高すぎたこともあったんでしょうが
とにかく我が家の好みとは合わないお店でした
