美味しい印象だったのでランチしてみる事に
お洒落な飲食店が軒を連ねる茶屋町あるこで
BARのような雰囲気が感じられるお店✨
1,200円･2,500円のランチメニューがあり
ピンチョスが付いてるか否かの違いかな
お酒を飲むならピンチョスが欲しい所だが
時間の限られたランチだったので1,200円で
○平日限定ランチ(1,200円)
･カリフラワーのスープ
･ガリシア産栗豚の鉄板焼きと
白インゲン豆と野菜の煮込み
･スパインのパン
○バスクチーズケーキ(+300円)
スープ･スペインパン･メインのランチ構成
まずは温かいスープから提供される
寒いこの時期にはカラダが温まり有難い
スペインパンは2切れだがお代わり可能
サクッと食べやすいバゲットの印象
メインはガリシア産栗豚の鉄板焼き
単なるポークステーキをイメージしていたが
柔らかくて旨み豊富なロース肉で( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ
分厚い鉄板での火入れを思わせる外側食感
最近火入れ上手な豚肉を味わう機会に恵まれ
ランチに期待していなかったが(≧∇≦*)ｳﾏｲｶﾞﾅｰ
インゲン豆の煮込みもボリュームがあって
パンをお代わりすると満腹になりました
メインが美味しかったので夜も気になる
賑やかなスペインバルを彷彿とさせお酒も豊富
もちろんランチもお勧めですよ(^ω^*)
