おいしいとんかつをいただきたく、こちらの店を見つけ訪問しました。
落ち着いた外観に店内も静かな時間が流れています。厨房では、丁寧な調理をしておられ、パン粉を優しくまぶしておられました。店員さんは静かに見守っておられました。
今回は、ヘレとロースが半分ずつのハーフを注文。
低い温度で揚げられていて、パン粉は焦げず白いままに驚きました。
薬味がまず用意されました。その後、3分程待ち，料理が運ばれてきました。
柔らかくて揚げられたとんかつ。断面は脂が光っています。まず、ヒレから食べてくださいとのことで、塩を軽くつけていただきました。
柔らかくて脂が乗っていてほのかな甘味すら感じました。その後、ロースもいただきました。たっぷり脂が載っていておいしかったです。
またぜひ来たいと思います。
