友人のリクエスト「暖かいものが食べたい」に答えて
梅田近辺で探しました。
周りのグルメ友達が何人かいってたのが決め手となりました。
半個室に通されて
スタッフからアラカルトと食べ放題の説明をしてもらい、しゃぶしゃぶ、寿司食べ放題のセットにしました。近江牛が食べれるみたいです。
2時間制の食べ放題にしました。
しゃぶしゃぶの出汁はしじみ出汁か黄金出汁か選べます。
黄金出汁は更に削り節を加えて
低温で5分じっくりと出汁に旨味を加えていきます。
その間に前菜として通されたのは

2人では中々きつい量やな（笑）

まずはこちらを食べて後はタブレットで追加をオーダーをしていきます。

やはりちらし寿司が効いてますね（笑）
