清潔感あるシンプルな店内に
旧友とふたりカウンターで焼鳥を楽しみました。
焼きも塩加減も申し分なく、どれも本当に
美味しかったです。
中でもせせりねぎまは、ねぎをせせりでくるっと
巻いて私の知っているねぎまを遥かに超える
美味しさ。何が違うかというと、ネギを肉で
くるんでいるので、ねぎがトロトロ熱々甘い！
肉汁にネギの甘みがじゅわっと口に広がり
ハフハフ言いながら食べました。
鳥肝のあん肝風も、ねっとり濃厚ながら
大根おろしとポン酢であっさり食べる
ここにしかない逸品！
ねぎまのとり天もさっくりほわほわで美味でした。
お値段もお手頃でオススメの焼き鳥屋さん
また行きたいです！
