友人と2人で夕食で利用。
価格帯は少しお高めかもしれませんが、お金を出してまで食べる価値ありな美味なお肉料理がたくさん。
注文の品 : 和牛のサガリ、ニンニク牛タン、和牛の炙りユッケ、和牛のタタキ、ハート、チーズビビンバ、生ハラミ、山芋キムチ、ニラキムチ
ドリンク2杯ずつで、1人6000〜7000円。
友人がお酒を飲まないので食事メイン。お腹ぱんぱんという感じでないですが、大満足でした！
特に和牛のタタキは霜降りの綺麗な塊肉が届き、自分たちで表面を焼いたあと、店員さんに仕上げをお願いするとしばらく待ってタタキの完成！お肉本来の甘みなのか、ソースと最高の相性で食欲と白ごはん欲をそそる！白ごはん必須です！！！
感動したのは幻の生ハラミ。生でハラミを食べたのは初めてですが、タレと卵黄を絡ませて韓国海苔で食べる…美味しくないわけないです。生肉だけでも背徳感あるのに韓国海苔でより背徳感のある旨み！酒のアテに最高の一品。
もちろん、お肉のそれぞれの部位のクオリティも高いので、どれを食べても美味しい。有名な牛タン商品も間違いないですが、他のお肉もぜひ食べて欲しい。
店員さんの接客は淡白な方もいらっしゃいましたが、丁寧な方が多かったです。
自分へのご褒美にまた行きたいお店です。ご馳走様でした！！
