ご一緒さんがもんじゃの店に行きたいというので、ホワイティのもんじゃの店「えびせん」にいきました。
10年以上前に東京の月島で食べたことがありまして、お好み焼ですらほとんど食べないワタクシには、ぜんぜんあってない食べ物と思って封印しておりました。
ご一緒さんは、いまだかつてもんじゃ焼きを食べたことがないので、一度食べてみたいそうです。
ホワイティ梅田の泉の広場に面したお店です。

もんじゃって、お好み焼の粉をケチって水増ししたものです。
鉄板から小さなコテでちびちび食べるものと思ってましたが、焦げそうになるので小皿にとって食べます。
韓国海苔の豚キムチポッカ 1089円です。
これも作ってくれます。
できたのを韓国海苔で巻いて食べます。
これって、酒飲みの人用の料理だな。アテとしておなかが膨れることなく、いくらでも酒が飲める、という方向の食べ物だな。
