『燦別邸北新地店』、
沖縄県で人気の『燦別邸』が本島初上陸したお店です。
お店に入ると、沢山の著名人、主にスポーツ選手のサインがずら～！
そんな有名人が通うお店に、
全くの無名人が足を踏み入れます。
店内は半個室もあり、高級感が漂っていますが、
木の温もりも感じさせてくれ、、どことなくホッと落ち着ける空間です。
予約していたので、お席に案内されます。

数カ月ぶりで、沖縄でたっぷり飲んだオリオンビールに再会！
く～喉ごし爽やかで苦味が少なく飲みやすいです。
★本日のおすすめ小鉢3品
・筍の木の芽味噌
筍と木の芽味噌で、お口の中に旬が広がります。
・帆立の貝柱サラダ
帆立の旨味たっぷりの爽やかサラダです。
・鶏ハムの盛合せ
ブラックペッパーがしっとり食感の鶏ハムのアクセントに。
どの小鉢もビールがすすみすぎます。
★海ぶどう
大好きな海ぶどう、入口の水槽に入っていた時から気になっていました。
小さな粒が舌にのった時の食感、
そして歯で噛んだ時のプチプチ食感、
初めて食べた人の勇気と、よくぞ食べてくれたという感謝。
大好きな海ブドウです。
★国産A5ブランド和牛肉のもずくレタしゃぶ
★季節の野菜盛り合わせ
いよいよ水晶鍋でしゃぶしゃぶです。
水晶鍋は、日本で扱っておられる所は少ないそうですが、
柔らかい肉質と豊かな風味をつくりだすそうです。
食材だけでなく器のこだわりも光っています。
まず火の通りにくい、人参と島豆腐から入れます。
A５のリブロースには細かいサシが入り、見た目も美しいですが、
しゃぶしゃぶにすると口の中でほわ～ッと蕩けるほど、
柔らかくて肉の旨味がたっぷりです。
お肉をしゃぶしゃぶしている間、
もずくや、水菜、白菜、人参、木耳、島豆腐などお野菜を入れます。
お肉をしゃぶしゃぶし、レタスの上に置き、他の野菜ものせ、包んで、
シークワーサーぽん酢と大根おろしと葱で頂きます。
がぶ～っとかぶりつくと、ジューシーでお肉と野菜の旨味がじわ～っと広がります。
★〆沖縄そば又は雑炊
どちらも食べたかったので、スタッフさんが上手く作って下さり、
友達と分けました。
どちらもしゃぶしゃぶの良いお出汁が出ていて、この上なく至福のひとときです。
★一乃谷 純米吟醸 UNO 生原酒
福井県を代表する恐竜のラベルが貼られ、とろりとした口当たりで、とても飲みやすいです。
★デザート
わらび餅の黒蜜がけ、プリっとした食感のわらび餅に黒糖ときな粉が絡み、嬉しいプチ甘味です。
初めて出会う水晶鍋を使ったしゃぶしゃぶ、全てが感動のひと時でした。
スタッフさんも親切で、北新地で有名人が通うお店というのも、納得です。
