前菜5種は数の子、蟹のみぞれ酢、鰯の梅煮、かぶら棒寿司、酢れんこんの明太子煮込み
鰯の梅煮めっちゃ美味しい

お造りは、本鮪の赤みがめっちゃ美味しかった！！
身は分厚く魚の甘味と旨みが詰まった新鮮なマグロ

個人的には鰆が一番好きやったかなぁー
元々寿司のメニューの中で鰆が一番好きやから今回も鰆が一番良かっただけかもやけど☺️

車海老とノドグロの開き、舞茸で車海老がサクサク、プリプリしていてかなり美味しい！
塩は赤ワイン塩、梅塩、ゆず塩でいただきます

海鮮巻きは、4種類の魚と上にいくらがのった超贅沢な巻物！！
