今日はふじもんと呑みーティング。
場所はふじもんにおまかせ。
選ばれた場所は、サムギョプサルが美味しい韓国料理のお店。
ということで、コッテジさんにおじゃましました。
18時30分に入店。
感じのいい男性店員さんがお出迎え＆ご案内。
5割り程の混み具合。
以前に、難波のお店に行ったことがあるので、大体メニュー内容は把握していますが、再確認。
食べ放題とアラカルトメニューがあって、飲み放題かアラカルトかも選べます。
食べ放題は、5種類あって、1番安いのが2980円のサムギョプサル食べ放題。
でも、こちらのお店で自分が1番好きなのは、3380円の花咲きサムギョプサルの食べ放題。
食べ放題メニューは、メイン料理だけでなくて、約20種類の料理も食べ放題だから、うれしいよね。
飲み放題は、単品時と食べ放題時で値段が違う感じ。
せっかくやから、1600円の色々と呑めちゃうプレミアム飲み放題で。
では、トリビーでかんぱーい！
最初は、花咲サムギョプサルと豚肩ロースと鶏ももの盛り合わせが来ます。
お店の方が、花咲サムギョプサルを焼き焼きしてれはりますので、その他の食べ物を注文。
注文は基本、自分のスマホからお店QRを読み込んで、注文するスタイル。
青唐辛子とニンニクを追加。
あと、サムギョプサルの時はチシャを多めに。
それと、プリンクルチキン。
花咲サムギョプサルの焼き上がるいい音と香りを嗅ぎながら、生ビールをグイグイ呑んで、速攻でおかわり。
焼き上がる前に、プリンクルチキン到着。
カリサクな衣に、プリ〇グルスのサワークリームみたいな味付け。
なかなかにいけます。
花咲サムギョプサルが焼きあがったので、いただにまーす。
カリっとした表面の食感と厚みはあるけど、やわらか食感がめっちゃいいね。
溢れる脂とうまみもたまらん。
花咲サムギョプサルをゴマ油ニンニクと青唐辛子とキムチをチシャで巻いて、食べると、めっちゃうまいのよね。
豚肩ロースと鶏ももを、ササッと焼いて、食べきってから、花咲サムギョプサルをおかわり。
もりもりに肉を食べたら、キンパとフライドポテトでフィニッシュ。
うまいサムギョプサルが手軽に食べれるのは、めっちゃいいね。
