2023年8月オープンの鶏料理専門店。
こだわりの素晴らしい鶏を味わえる。
お刺身から鶏焼きなどをコース料理にて堪能出来るお店。
店舗入口の趣のある扉の暖簾をくぐって。
いざ。
先ずはお刺身。
こだわりの鶏を新鮮さ抜群の刺身
そしてこだわりの醤油につけて。
そりゃー旨いです。
鶏焼きも、
部位ごとに味わう事が出来て、
これまたこだわりの塩につけて食ス。
ロースターが鶏の旨味を最大限に引き出してくれる。
皮の部分をパリッと焼き熱々をパクッと。
ジューシーでいて旨味が溢れる一品。
ほんまに旨いです。
コース内容全てにこだわりが詰まった一品達。
なめろうに肝のペーストなどなど。
どれもが美味しくて感動の内容。
そしてなんと言っても、
釜飯はほんまに最高の一品。
先ずはそのまま頂いた後、
鶏のお出汁をかけて。
またこのお出汁が濃厚で釜飯にバッチリな相性。
〆がこれだけ旨いのはほんまに素敵です。
デザートは手作りのプリン。
プリンなのか？と思わすぐらい濃厚で、
バニラアイスのような味わい。
これまた旨いですね。
お土産にお持ち帰りしたいぐらい旨かったです。
鶏へのこだわり。
食材から調味料までのこだわり。
それぞれの素材が生かされ、
そしてとびきりな逸品になる。
ここでしかないを味わう。
