熊の焼鳥系列の新業態がOPEN(*´ω`*)
早速行ってきました(*´ω`*)
広い店内にはそれぞれの卓(囲炉裏)に薪がセッティングされており、半セルフで焼くスタイル(*´ω`*)
全体的にややアウトドア感が演出されてます(*´ω`*)
この日は中央の席に団体客がいたため、かなりワイワイ盛り上がっていました(*´ω`*)
お料理のほうは、だいたい熊の焼鳥の流れを汲んだモノで、品質の良い鶏を使用されてることが伝わります(*´ω`*)
全体的にどれも美味しくてマイナス点はありませんが、かと言って特筆するほどのインパクトがあるかと言われればそうでもなく、普通に楽しく美味しい鶏のお店という印象です(*´ω`*)
珍竹林のように普段から熊の焼鳥に行ってる人からしたら、やや物足りない気持ちになるんじゃないかな(*´ω`*)
まあ、料金設定的にもそもそもターゲットが違っており全くの別コンセプトなのだと思いますが(*´ω`*)
とは言え、せっかく熊ブランドを纏ってるわけですし、今後の益々の進化・発展に期待ですねっ(*´ω`*)
