以前から熊の焼き鳥には年に2〜3回通わせてもらっていたので、カジュアル味わえるならということで、気の知れたと言っても大切な仕事相手と一緒に行ってきました。
最初に、コースがおすすめというかなりの圧を受けたため、反対に引いてしまいアラカルトを選択しました。
すると、最初の飲み物とつまみが来てからは、延々と1時間料理が来ない。飲み物も頼んでも20分来ない…隣でコースを頼んだ顧客には次から次へと料理が届く。。次第に、同席した仕事先の方もテンションが下がり始める。
料理がやっと届き始めたと思ったら、お時間120分制なので帰りを促される。
これはひどい…
それなら最初からコースを頼まないと、時間が掛かってしまうと伝えてくれたらよいのに。コースを頼むよりアラカルトで頼んでいるのに、この差はなんなのか。
熊の焼き鳥系列としてはショックを隠せないほどの食事体験でした。
味は美味しかったと思いますが、あまり覚えていないです。
