店頭には生け簀に入ったとらふぐが気持ちよく泳いでいます。
関西でふぐは東京に比べると格段にリーズナブル。
ふぐ皮刺し、活てっさは特性ポン酢でいただきます。
さっきまで泳いでいたとらふぐは美味しいに決まっています！
白子茶碗蒸しは焼き白子が入っていて濃厚な味わい。
メインの活てっちりはふぐの唇などとらふぐを余すところなく堪能しました。
野菜もたっぷりでめちゃ旨です。
雑炊も旨みたっぷりで最高でした。
