This is the first time in my life that I have filled my stomach with crab food. They prepared raw crabs right in front of us and served us a wide variety of dishes. Boiled crab has a texture and aroma that I've never had before, and it's full of surprises. Everything was delicious, but the simple boiled crab topped with crab miso was the best.
