新美食酒場 CRAU ハービスPLAZA
（大阪市北区・ハービスPLAZA）
新店リサーチをしていたら、ハービスPLAZAに「CRAU」という店が3月22日にできたらしい。って、今日やん。となれば行くしかない。
昔、ハービスPLAZAで働いていたことがあるので親近感しかないのだが、はて、どこの区画かなと調べてみたらアンシャンテが業態変更した模様。アンシャンテは1997年のビル開業時から続いている老舗。ほとんどの店が入れ替わったり業態変更したりして、開業時から今も同じ看板で営業しているのは千房だけだなと思うと時の流れを感じずにいられない。
CRAUは、大阪梅田駅に一番近い場所。行ってみるとウェイティングが出ているけれど、ちょうど二人案内されて、あと二人だけなので待たせていただく。店内は明るくリニューアルされているが、アンシャンテ時代の調度もいろいろ使われていて、いい具合の落ち着きがある。
ミラノ風カツレツがランチの看板メニューのようで、６種類のソースがチョイスできる。迷ったけれど、青実山椒タルタルソースを選択。正しいカツレツに、こだわりのタルタルソースがしっかりとかかる。旨い。旨すぎる。食べ終わって、＋100円でラージサイズに出来たことに気が付き、しまったーと思う。ラージを堪能したかったなあ。（2024.3.22）
