This is a long-established Udon-suki restaurant, but this was my first visit. I learned about our restaurant when I watched a TV program or read an article in which professional wrestler Genichiro Tenryu praised our now-closed branch, "Tokyo Mimiu." By the way, it seems that Tenryu has also entertained Stan Hansen. After the meeting that day, I moved to the restaurant. It has the appearance of a long-established restaurant. From here, the following course meal was served: ・3 types of Small dish ・Hokka shell sashimi ・Seared bonito ・Grilled and Fried food ・ Udon-suki ・Dessert I thought it would only be Udon-suki, but it was a full course of Japanese-style meal! For the main dish of Udon-suki, the pot with the ingredients already in it is heated on an induction heater and eaten. By the way, the prawns are served alive and then thrown into a boiling pot, which is cruel! I don't like this. The udon was delicious, and the broth was delicious.
