日曜になると ランチ営業するお店が少ない北浜で営業
マンボウ期間中は限定のワンプレートランチがあり
パエリアが食べたくてお店に立ち寄るが この日は
パスタを使ったパエリア いわゆるフィデウワの様子
魚介の出汁がたっぷりとの記載に((o(｡>ω<｡)o))ﾜｸﾜｸ

カタルーニャ風トースト パンコントマテ
サラダ
(マンボウ期間限定ランチ)
ボリュームたっぷりのサラダに食べ応えのあるパン
パンはカタルーニャ地方の料理 パン･コン･トマテ
にんにくと完熟トマトをペーストし たっぷり塗る
オリーブオイルと塩での調整が良く酸味が絶妙
メニューには魚介出汁たっぷりと記載さている通り
フィデウワでは見た事が無いほどの｢つゆだく｣
魚介の旨みはたっぷりだが 濃厚な方が良いとの私見
細めパスタもスープと一体化させた方が好みかな…
かと言っても悪くは無いし1,100円では満足レベル
スペイン料理がランチで食べられるのは嬉しい限り
日曜･祝日の北浜では貴重な存在です(^ω^*)
