先日の大阪で老舗のスペイン料理
旬の食材を使ったスペイン料理はワインと相性も良くて楽しい食事が出来ました。
普段見かけないスペインワインが豊富にあるお店です。
今回は以下のメニューをアラカルトでたのみました。
フォアグラのテリーヌ
白子のフラン アメリケーヌソース
白子の下処理がしっかりされていえ
ソースとの絡みがすごくよい。
うずらのミートボール 黒トリュフ
鱈のソテー ピルピルのソース 黒ニンニク
鱈の素材感があまりよくなかったあ。

味はそこそこ美味しいのですが、テーブルクロスが
