肥後橋の老舗ラーメン屋さんといえばこちら！
お店はビルの2階にあり螺旋階段を登ると入口があります。
中に入ると小さな提灯が一杯飾ってあって
席は窓側にカウンター、後はテーブルとなっています。
で、お店の方はご夫婦かな？
愛想良くて明るい接客で好感です。
そんなこちらのメニューはあっさりとんこつと称されていて、
ラーメン、みそラーメン、辛みそラーメンとトッピング増し、
ライス、まかない丼、チャーシュー丼に
ライス、キムチ付きの定食があります。
オーダーはラーメン定食にしました。
キムチとご飯付きでラーメンはニンニクありですが
聞いてもらえるのでなしもできます。
で、6分ほどで到着。
なんか安心できる見た目です。
頂いてみますと
スープはライトとんこつの大阪らしい食べ慣れた味でニンニクがよく合います。
麺は中の少し縮れでわりとシコシコしたタイプ、この麺もスープに合っています。
具材はチャーシュー、ラーメンもやし、ネギで
この手のチャーシューともやしもいい相性ですね。
そしてあらかた麺と具材を平らげるとキムチとご飯と残ったスープの三角食べ、
この手のラーメンはこの食べ方が旨いです。
さすが老舗のラーメン店、
味もスタイルも接客も仕上がってます。
なかなか美味しかったです。ご馳走さまでした。
