北浜にある「ダーク」に「チーズオムライス」を食べに
行きました。 店内は昔からあるような喫茶店の雰囲気です。
「グラタンのようにチーズで覆われたハッシュドビーフ入りのオムライスにドミグラスソースをかけて焼いてある」そうです。
TVや雑誌でもよく紹介されているようです。
鉄板にオムライスを乗せてデミグラスソースをかけて、焼きます。そしてテーブルのところまでワゴンで運んできて、大～きな四角いパルミジャーノチーズを中から削ってかけてくれます。
鉄板は熱いのですがデミグラスソースは熱さで弾けていなくて、巻いてる卵もかため。
おいしいのですが、期待したほどではなかったです。
直火で鉄板を焼いてからオムライスを乗せてほしいです。
チーズももっとトロけているといいのに…。
ミニサラダがついていて、コーヒーか紅茶をつけると1050円です。
他にもランチメニューはありますが、半分ぐらいのお客さんはチーズオムライスを食べていました。
