店内に入ると、お店の真ん中に大きな一枚板のテーブルが。
だいたい10～12人くらい座れそうな感じです。
とにかく食べた料理、すべて美味しかったです。
まず最初に出てきた、アミューズは生瀬ヒュッテさんのパンを使用しているとのこと。
予約困難店で自分では買いに行けないので、それだけでもうれしい。
鉄板で焼いてくれているのか、表面がカリッとしていて美味しいです。
特に美味しかったのが、本日のお魚料理の真鯛のオーブン焼き。
鯛の身がフワフワで食べ応えもあり、スープも美味しくて残っていたパンをつけて食べました。
お腹がいっぱいでデザートにまでたどりつけず…
次回はデザートも堪能したいです。
