何度もフラれていましたが
店前を通ると行列も無く空いていました。
店内には先客が4人ほど居ました。
まだ開店して間も無いようですね....
誰もカレーは食べていません。
【ビーフ 玄米 ミックスA】を注文しました。
カレーは2名分づつ作るようで
時間は結構かかりました。
でも、カウンターからは店主がカレーを
作る様子が見れるのでライブ感あって良いですね♪
スパイスの匂いに食欲がそそられます。
写真でも分かりますが....
カレーはシャバっとした水気のかなり多いです。
スープカレーともまた違う感じですね。
ミックスにしたので余計に水気が多いのかも
しれませんが、水菜のシャキシャキとした
食感がよく合います♪
意外にもスパイス感は弱い感じ。
丸みがありさっぱりとした味わいですねー。
豆腐が入っておりそれも特徴かと思います。
私としては、辛さも少し控えめかなと思いました。
でも食べ進めると汗が止まらなくなります。
実はスパイスが良く効いていますねー。
念願の店に行けて満足です。
