前から行きたかった昔の消防署を使ったお店。
建築好きにはたまらない。
階段も細め、昔ながらの高さの階段を上がり
3階へ。2階には隠し部屋のように個室があります。ここでも一度食べたい。
3階は広めのホールのようです。
ここで消防士さんは待機などされてたのでしょうか。
料理ですが、チキンソテーの焼き方が抜群に美味しかったです。とてもジューシー！
下に敷かれているマッシュポテトにはクリームも混ざっていてしっとり甘く濃厚でした。
オイルソースの水菜とツナのパスタですが、
正直味がかなり薄めで。
水菜の味をよく感じられたのですが、
気もちもう少し味があっても良いかなあと。
水菜が生だったので、火にかける方が個人的には好きです^^;
（黒胡椒をもう少し振ってたりとか、レモンを絞るとかもありかも）
