肥後橋駅の3番出口から30秒ほどの好立地にある「ゆきや。」さん。
北新地にある名店、湯木さんの姉妹店です。
地下にある全個室の凛とした和の空間。
そんな料亭らしさがありながらどこかカジュアルな雰囲気。
「ゆきや。」という店名からも気軽なお店にしたい湯木のコンセプトが伝わってきます。
しかし、そこは湯木さんらしく給仕さんも清潔感のある服装にしっかりとした応対。
昼夜問わず、軽めの接待が出来るお店として重宝しそうです。
【オーダー】
百合御膳1500円にします。構成は名物親子丼と天ぷら盛り合わせと小うどん。
というのも関西テレビのよ～いドンで親子丼特集として放送されていた記憶が残ってました。
小うどんは選べるので温かい蕎麦でお願いしました。
【料理】
親子丼は出汁が濃厚。しっかりした味付けで卵を潰しても負けていません。
出汁のこだわりを分かり易く主張してきます。
鶏肉もプリっとしたいい素材を使ってます。
印象に残ったのは添えられる天ぷらの食感。
サクサクっと良い音がします。これほど軽い歯応えは滅多にないもの。
海老、大葉、茄子、南瓜の内容ですが、もっと食べたくなります。
温かいお蕎麦はお上品で御座いました。
【総評】
お昼から贅沢した気分。この内容と質で1500円なら納得。
次回は夜に訪問して湯木の懐石を気軽に楽しみたいですね。
