お昼に百合御膳と天ざる蕎麦を頂きました。
お蕎麦は細めで十割なのかちょっとわからない。
つゆは甘めですがすっきりしています。
蕎麦湯はだいぶ薄いです。最初の方の客だったからかなぁ。
天ぷらは海老の芯を半生にするなど火入れ具合上々なんですが衣に米粉を使っているのか、厚めでパリパリした感じ、最近多いけど流行りなのか?
百合御膳に付く親子丼は出汁が上品で鶏肉を煮込まないあっさり味で、ガッツリ系ではなく、こちらは料亭の得意分野を感じました。
蕎麦メインでなく小鉢の付いたメニューの方が良いのかも。
