大阪メトロ 淀屋橋駅直結。
大阪に5店舗、大阪外に3店舗展開されており、すべてのパンに国産の小麦粉・全粒粉・ライ麦粉にこだわって使用されています。
淀屋橋odonaの2階にありました、内側の自動ドアは閉まっており、外側の入り口を利用しました。
店内は広々として、入ってすぐにはテイクアウト用のパン、ジャムが販売されています。
店内用に、フードメニュー、カフェメニューがあり、ランチ、ディナー利用もできます。
今回はテイクアウトでパンを購入しました。
今回は以下のものを購入しました。
・パンデュースのクリームパン 350円
生クリームを配合した自家製カスタードクリームを牛乳100%で仕込んだ生地で包みこまれた、リッチでミルキーなクリームパン。
三角形のパンで、甘さ控えめで固さのあるカスタードクリームと、ほんのりとした牛乳の甘さがよかったです。
・くるみパン 190円
シンプルな山食の生地にクルミをたっぷりと混ぜ込まれています。
小ぶりで軽く食べれる。しっかりと詰まった生地にクルミの香ばしさがいい。
