大阪を代表するビジネス街と言えば淀屋橋。
大阪メトロ『淀屋橋』駅の真上にあるのが淀屋橋odona（オドナ）
当然駅改札から地上へ出ることなく直結です。
開店と同時に入店、シックなトーンでコーディネイトされた店内。
Ｌ字型カウンター席の端っこに座りましょう。
メニューを拝見すると結構な充実ぶりに迷ってしまう。
1,250円～2,580円まで6種のレギュラー、
プラス「おまかせコース」というオーダー品もあり。
結局私が選んだのはコレ。
■限定odonaランチ：1,250円
これは「串焼き4種」「串揚げ3種」で構成されている。
漆塗りのお盆には和食店らしい食器に入れられた料理が並ぶ。
サラダ・味噌汁・冷ややっこを片付け「串」に取り掛かる。
＜串焼き＞
・蓮根肉詰め：カレー風味で蓮根のシャリシャリ食感を楽しむ
・海鮮串：本日はホタテ、しし唐をアクセントに
・ピーマン肉詰め：おぉ、安定の美味さ
・豚バラ味噌漬け：甘いみそととろろがよく合いますな
ご飯は白米ではなく十穀米を選択した。
たまに食べると美味しく感じるし多少はヘルシーかな。
＜串揚げ＞
・海老：安定の美味さはやはり岩塩が合うね
・ピリ辛手羽：うひょ～、こりゃ～美味い(*'▽')
・野菜串：大好物のナスはソースで
・愛媛県産養殖鯛：これ！本日のサービス品。いや～美味しい、嬉しい～
丁寧な接客と重厚で落ち着いた店内の雰囲気は申し分ない。
厨房のスタッフさんと短い会話を交わした。
やはり緊急事態宣言が明け、酒類の提供ができないのは忍びない。
我々ゲストも、そしてスタッフも、店も。
コロナ禍を抑え込んでいる国々の様子を見るにつけため息が出る。
あぁ、我が国のリーダーたちは、、、。
かつて日本は「経済一流、政治は二流」と言われていた。
しかるに現在は「経済二流、政治は三流以下」
勤勉で従順な国民性ゆえの悲劇。
