大阪といえばスパイスカレーのイメージがありますが、元々大阪のカレーというと最初甘くて後から辛さが追いかけてくる甘辛カレーが代表的でした。
そんな古き良き大阪甘辛カレーを代表するお店がインデアンカレー。
東京にも店舗がありますが、大阪で食べてこそだよなと思って行ってみました。
淀屋橋店は商業ビルの地下にあり、お昼時は流石の行列。
ただ、列捌きも流石で回転は良いです。
インデアンスパゲッティーのタマゴ入りを注文。
ライスも良いですが、僕はインデアンカレーだとスパ推しです。
スパゲティですが茹でてから炒めたものが用意されているのですぐに出てきます。
柔らかさもあるのですが炒めてあるからこその香ばしさも所々に感じるスパゲティ。
これに甘辛カレーが絡む。
卵はコクと満足感を強めてくれるので必須。
サービスでついてくるキャベツのピクルスの酸味が箸休めとなって、やはり実によくできているなと思うのでした。
