平日のお昼、贅沢にも貸切状態でした。
1番良いメニューにしたくてシャンパン付きコースにしたけれど、やっぱり日本酒の方が合いますね。日本酒に変えられるか先に聞けばよかった。確認した訳ではないけれど、対応してくださりそうな雰囲気です。
炙りの火の入り具合って好みもあると思うのですが、ドンピシャでした。
自家製ガリの爽やかなこと！「甘いのが好みでないので、毎年レシピを少しずつ進化させている」とのことでした。
お寿司は、赤貝が特に美味しかった。それぞれの器も素敵で良かったです。
大将お1人の対応なのに、手際がよくて不思議でした。追加注文のお酒だけでなくチェイサーのお冷や、替えのおしぼりなどもサラッと出してくださいました。
器も素敵だったし、料理という主役に対して出過ぎない接客も良い。昼のコース2万2000円とお値段は張りましたが値打ちのある2時間でした。
