At lunchtime in Kitahama on Sunday, I was having a hard time finding a restaurant that was open, so I saw this sign and went in. There are only two things on the lunch menu: Tatsutaage and Dashimaki! That's a very clean business style. This time I had the Tatsutaage set meal. Tatsutaage is a huge dish with four large thighs, making it very filling. And the cabbage forest is also amazing. Unfortunately, because of that, water accumulated and the Tatsutaage became soggy. I'd like a net like the one at a pork cutlet shop. I also ordered a large bowl of rice, but it seemed like it was a free service, so the price was the same when I paid.
