出先の二日目ディナータイム、昨夜が和食系だったので、ググって偵察してヒットしたイタリアン食堂へ入店。新しい場所だし、新規開拓しないとね。
結果、イケてるお店と出会えて良かったし、谷町辺りの宿泊がお気に入りになりそうだ。
オーダーは、目についたハートランドの生と、前菜盛り合わせのMサイズ。様子見からスタートですね。
アンティパストミストが供されれば、美味しいけど結構なボリュームだから、この後の流れを考えねばならない。まだ加減が分からないけど、〆まで考えるとあと2品かなぁ。
そこで、玉ねぎグリルのブルーチーズソースと、やげんなんこつを追加。もちろんバケットも要るでしょ。チーズをたっぷり付けて楽しまないとね。
やげんナンコツは想定より大きいサイズで、ちょっとだけチューイーな部分もあったけど、総じて美味しいコリコリ感と肉肉しい食べ応えで旨い。
途中で追加した白ワイン、イタリアワインだそうだけど、フルーティでありながらコクがあって、大変うまいっす。
あとは〆の、チーズが絡まった玉ねぎ。これがまた美味いし、パンに付けていただけば、二度おいしいのは期待どおり。
ごっちゃんでした。やっぱ天下の台所、奥が深いなあ。
