Great staff and food
A few minutes walk from Kitahama Station. The atmosphere inside the store is very calm and stylish. It's in the basement of a building, but you don't feel it. The moment you enter, you'll be absorbed in the atmosphere (in a good way). I wanted to make sure to go again this time, so I made a reservation for lunch. A large household with a total of 11 people. It seems that more than 10 people will be in a private room, so we were given a private room.・Lunch A course (1,600 yen) Soup, main (choose from 4 types), bread, drink Today's dish is the very popular beetroot soup. I heard that some customers are asking for the beetroot soup here. Once you've used up the beets you bought, you can use the next ingredient to make the soup. I was able to enjoy such a miraculous beetroot soup. happy! The most important thing is the taste...it's delicious! ! I've definitely come here for lunch several times, and this might be the most delicious soup. The burdock soup was delicious, but the beetroot wins! For the main course, I chose "Australian beef shoulder stew in red wine." The beef shoulder stewed to a soft texture is amazing. When it gets cold, you want to eat stew dishes. The bread was chewy and also very tasty. For drinks, I usually choose coffee, but today I chose herbal tea because I was in the mood. It has a rich aroma and a refreshing taste with a hint of peppermint. It's been a while since I had such delicious herbal tea. The staff at Carrant Cattle are always so nice. From explaining the dishes to answering our questions, we admire them. She always answers politely, so I feel free to ask her questions and end up having a chat. LOL The food is great, but the staff are also great. All in all, this is a store I highly recommend. I'm glad I met you. It's hard to come across a store like this.

新規口コミで、久しぶりに4.5をつけました。
実は、今回で2回目の訪問です。
1回目は写真を撮っていなかったので、口コミしませんでした。
北浜駅から徒歩数分でしょうか。
店内はとても落ち着いた、オシャレな雰囲気です。
ビルの地下にありますが、それを感じさせません。
入った瞬間、お店の雰囲気にのまれます（いい意味で）。
この日はどうしてもここでランチがしたかったので、予約をしていました。
4日前に電話したところ、たまたま空いていました。
1週間前に電話をして、満席で断られたこともあるので、運がよかったです。
確実に行きたい時は、早めの予約をおすすめします。
平日の13:30、先客は1組。
遅い時間のランチだからですね。

本日のスープ、パン、メイン、コーヒーor紅茶orハーブティー、小菓子
メインは4種類から選べます。
ただし、その日に決めると売り切れのメインもあります。
この日は、事前にメニューを聞き、あらかじめ選んでおきました。
本日のスープはごぼうのポタージュ。
おいしい！一口食べただけで笑みがこぼれます。
ごぼうの味がしっかりするけど、土臭さもなく、旨味をそのまま感じられます。
ごぼう嫌いの人でも食べられそうなくらいおいしい。
私が選んだメインは仔羊の赤ワイン煮込み。
事前に「少しクセがあります」と聞いていました。
確かに少しクセはあります。でも、それを上回るおいしいさ！
お肉はホロホロ。深みのあるソース。
付け合わせのお野菜も完璧においしい。
パンもおいしかった。コーヒーも、小菓子も。
久しぶりにお料理の細かーい感想を書きました。
それくらい感動のランチです。
これを1,400円で提供するすごさを味わっていただきたい。
と思っていたら、価格改定で1,600円になるそうです。
11月からだったかな。10月からだったかな。
でも、そんなことは気にしません。
200円アップしてでも食べたいランチです。その価値が十分にあります。
次回、早めの予約で絶対行くー。

I ordered roast duck. The sauce is soy sauce based using Kujo green onions, which is very rare. The Kujo green onions were fragrant and the refreshing Japanese sauce was exquisite. The duck was also tender and perfectly cooked. The soup was beetroot. It's great to be able to enjoy this delicious soup again! The beetroot soup is popular, and some customers come just for it. It happened to be beets, so I was lucky. And it's still delicious. I want to eat two cups! The coffee and tea sweets were also delicious. I will go again!
