名店「梅田はがくれ」さんで１０年修行された木田さん ２００９年に独立開業され7年、連日行列が出来る人気店さんです 木田さんの実家は道頓堀で１００年以上続く老舗かやくご飯屋「大黒」さんで それを目当てに来られる方も多いです |
店主のオススメは生じょうゆうどん。
でも、私はいつも『とり天ぶっかけうどん』に、かやくごはんをオーダー。
揚げたてでとてもジューシーなとり天、甘すぎず辛すぎない汁、丁寧に冷水で締められた半端じゃなくコシがあるうどん。こんなに美味しいうどんは、他では食べられません。東京でも大阪でも、もちろん香川でも数多くのお店に行きましたが、これほど完成されたうどんを食べたことがありません。
さらに、店主のご実家が道頓堀にある名店『大黒』さんということもあり、これまた美味しいかやくごはん。
これ以上の組み合わせが考えられるだろうかと思うほど贅沢で美味しいさぬきうどんとかやくごはんのコラボレーション！
また、このお店の素晴らしいところは、店主と奥様の人情味溢れる接客！一人一人のお客に声をかけ、丁寧に仕事された料理を出す。
じっくりと丁寧に作られているので時間が無い時は訪問できませんが、ランチ時間に余裕がある時は必ず行くべき名店です！
