名店「梅田はがくれ」さんで１０年修行された木田さん ２００９年に独立開業され7年、連日行列が出来る人気店さんです 木田さんの実家は道頓堀で１００年以上続く老舗かやくご飯屋「大黒」さんで それを目当てに来られる方も多いです |
平日の13:30に伺い、タイミングよく入れましたが、おうどんが出てくるまでおおよそ40分待ちでした(*^^*)
久しぶりに伺ったので、今日は生じょうゆと決めていたのにメニューを見て揺らぎました笑
結局、えび天ぶっかけとかやくご飯にしました！！
待っている間に前回に来たときに何食べたかなぁと見返すとえび天ぶっかけでした笑
思考が変わらないわたし笑笑
木田さんは何食べても美味しいのでいいとしましょう◎笑
待っている間に出てくるお蕎麦を揚げたお菓子がポリポリでほどよい塩加減でおいしい♪
40分ほどしてえび天ぶっかけが到着！
えび、ちくわ、のりの天婦羅が乗っておりボリューミー！！
ちくわが弾力があり、ずっしりとした感じで白身魚の風味が口に広がりとてもおいしい(*^^*)
うどんはコシがあり、ツルッと喉ごしがよい◎鰹節やしょうがが更に食欲を掻き立ててくれます( ´∀`)
相変わらず美味しいおうどん☆
十品目のかやくご飯も具材が細かく切られており、口当たりがよい！味つけても優しくてとってもおいしい！
わたしの中のかやくご飯史上一番美味しかった！！
