名店「梅田はがくれ」さんで１０年修行された木田さん ２００９年に独立開業され7年、連日行列が出来る人気店さんです 木田さんの実家は道頓堀で１００年以上続く老舗かやくご飯屋「大黒」さんで それを目当てに来られる方も多いです |
行列覚悟で初訪問です
でも、寒い中に並ぶのはしんどいので、オープン時間の少し前に行きました。
平日ということもあり、一組だけ開店前に待ってる状態なので、すぐに食べられると思って入店すると
提供は1時間後になります。と言われ
❓❓❓な感じです。
ですがどうしてもも食べたかったので
うどんの大盛り 生姜の天ぷら 大根のおでんを
オーダーしました。
炊き込みを食べたかったのですが、うどんを堪能したかったので、泣く泣く見送りした。
提供されたうどんは、讃岐うどんらしくコシがしっかりあり、旨みもバッチリです。出汁もいい香りがして味も素晴らしいです。
食事を楽しんでると、大将が小鉢の炊き込みご飯をサービスしてくれました
とても腰が低く、人気にあぐらをかいてないところが素敵ですね。
