名店「梅田はがくれ」さんから独立！１００年以上続く老舗かやくご飯屋さんの味と融合！！
名店「梅田はがくれ」さんで１０年修行された木田さん ２００９年に独立開業され7年、連日行列が出来る人気店さんです 木田さんの実家は道頓堀で１００年以上続く老舗かやくご飯屋「大黒」さんで それを目当てに来られる方も多いです |
すぐに入店でき、店内には2組。
50分ほどで提供されました。
麺の弾力を味わえます。
コシが強い麺を好む私にはちょうどいい。
閉店した梅田はがくれさん出身とのことですが、私的にはあちらより好きです。
店主のご実家でもある有名なお店のかやくご飯よりも、讃岐おでんが美味しくて好みでした。
待つお店と聞いていたので、もっと頑固で強めな店主さんをイメージしていましたが、穏やかでとても気さくな方でした。
最後には、あたたかいお出汁を出してくださるサービスがものすごく嬉しかったです。
おうどんは冷たいぶっかけが好きですが、温かいお出汁が好きで、そのために温かいおうどんを2杯目に食べちゃう時もあるくらい。
どのお店にも温かいお出汁のみのメニューあったら嬉しい(笑)
待つことに対して賛否両論はあるでしょうが、
私は茹で置きされている方が嫌ですし、
ベストな状態で食べて欲しいという作り手の方をリスペクト。
次は生醤油をいただきます。
