年始早々、新年会が連荘で開催される日々。
昨夜は京都で夜遊びし、自宅に辿り着いたのが日付けが変わる少し前。
風呂に入って翌朝目覚めますが、朝食を戴く元気は有りませんでした。。。
朝二番に本店へ行き、しょうもない打ち合わせを済ませた後、ランチ友と合流する。
今夜も飲み会ですから、今日こそはカレーと名が付いたものを戴こうと思います。
ランチ友の案内で連れてこられたのが、うどんとそばを出す麺屋。
寿司や定食類も有りますから、病んでないときにお邪魔したかった。。。
私の顔を見て、カレーライスは無理だろうというランチ友。
よく分かってくれている。
でも夜の事を考えて、カレーうどんならと此方をチョイスした様です。
店名に「旨いもの」と書いた店に、旨いものが有った例は？
こちらは大丈夫でしょう。
本日はカレーうどん単品で。
麺屋のカレーうどんは、出汁がまろやかで旨い筈。
あとはうどんにコシが有れば言う事は無いのですが。。
熱っつ熱のカレーを蓮華で一掬い。
見た目通りのカレー餡は、真面目に柔らかい味付け。
うどんを掬って咀嚼すると、、、ある程度の歯応えは有るものの、コシという観点からは乖離のある品でした。
予想は意外と当たるものです。
