ご家族で経営されているお蕎麦屋さんにして、お昼の定食（\730）が安くて旨い。
ソバ、うどん系の定食は定番。日替わりの定食は毎日２種類。
美味しいので毎週あしげく通うのだが、そのホスピタリティが素晴らしい。
細かいオーダーもの対応してくれる。
その細かいオーダーとは！！
是非、お店で体感していただきたい。
私もご常連さんの注文を聞いて、それを習得した。
もー、ほー、ほー、ものである。
それを、各お客様毎に覚えておられるのも素晴らしい。
家族経営のあたたかみを感じる。
ちなみに、「定食とは普遍的である。」と私は思う。
毎週、ほぼおなじメニュー。それを安心していただける感覚。
それでいいと思う。もー、お家感覚だ。
もし単身赴任者がいれば、泣いて喜ぶだろう。
ちなみに、とんかつは秀逸。
肉質、揚げ方、ボリューム、間違いなく専門店をしのぎそうな勢い。
