ここのお店を一言で表現するのはとても簡単。
「素材にこだわりあり！！！」
ですね。
ご主人に聞いても否定されることは絶対にありえないと思います。
それほどの素材へのこだわりは、特に地の素材、大阪産の素材に向けられています。
キガワの上野修三さんが提唱されてる大阪野菜の地産池消にも賛同されておられますし、食材などに関する運動を行い、そのためのHPも作られています。
もちろん、野菜だけではなく梅ビーフや河内鴨などのお肉や、箕面ビール等のアルコールにもその意識はむけられています。
大阪で育った牛なんてうまいかあ、、、、？？？って最初は僕も思いました。
でも、美味しいんです。
もちろん生産者さんを厳選して、調理方法もすばらしいんでしょうが、それでも、有名なブランド牛に負けずとも劣らない味を大阪の牛がだしていると大阪の人間としてはなんだか少し嬉しくなってしまいます。
ワインも日本の生産者さんと深くお付き合いをされていて色々なものを供されています。
コスパ等から考えて、ワインもフランス等の海外のものと肩を並べているものが用意されている、、、とまでは言えませんが、それでも十分に美味しく、これまた日本人としては嬉しく思えるのではないでしょうか。
日本酒は常に１０種類をこえるものが準備されています。
番号がふってあるので読み方を知らなくても大丈夫（笑
食前にとか、食中にとかのアドバイスも書かれていますので参考になります。
もちろん、味の好みを伝えればチョイスをしていただけます。
ただ、、、種類が多い店の宿命ですが、、、やはり、あけてから時間がたっているお酒については鮮烈さが失われ味が少し変化している気がします。
そこが私としては少し残念ですね。
あと魚は普通なような印象をうけます。
あくまでも私の舌ではですが。
やはりここの店で非常におすすめなのは、野菜！そして、牛、豚、鴨、鶏ですかね。
梅ビーフのタタキと河内鴨のお刺身とかが私としては非常におすすめです。
それに加えて野菜を注文して、おすすめの日本酒をチビチビ。
結構健康的でなおかつ穏やかな気持ちになれる晩酌ができると思います。
あ、それとここのお店定期的に食材に関するイベントをやっておられます。
他店との合同開催の場合もありますが。
バーベキューや筍ほりなど。
そういうのが好きな方はご主人に聞いてみたらいかがでしょうか。
食材にこだわる方には絶対的におすすめできるお店。
