大阪メトロ四つ橋線肥後橋駅の東側、阪神高速の東にいくつかの飲食店が並んでいます。ランチの選択肢としては、中華料理２軒、パスタ２軒、居酒屋１軒、こぎれいな割烹というか小料理屋みたいなのが１軒、計６軒あります。
今回は、こぎれいなお店でお昼ご飯をいただきましょう。
入りますと、白木のカウンターがあります。
カウンターに座ります。奥から詰めて座るように指示されました。ということはランチタイムは満杯になるんだろうな。
ランチメニューは、鮮魚の出汁茶漬け、海鮮丼、日替わりランチの三種類です。
どれも、具だくさんの日替わりおかずがついてます。この日の日替わりおかずは白身魚のフライ梅オロシ添えです。
鮮魚のだし茶漬けにしましょう。
奥にもお客さんが入っていたようで、大将が一生懸命つくって、どんどん奥に運ばれていきます。
どうやら日替わりのおかずが揚げ物らしく、これが一番時間をとっています。
ようやく鮮魚の出汁茶漬けが来ました。
鮮魚は、マグロとハマチでした。ヅケになっていて、すでに味がついてます。
日替わりはフライものです。
温泉玉子がついてます。
ヅケをご飯の上にのせ、茶瓶に入った出汁をかけます。そしてわさびをヅケの上にのせます。
日替わりは、魚のフライです。衣がぱりっとクリスピーです。熱々です。下に梅オロシが添えてあります。
温泉玉子の食べ時が難しいな。白ご飯だったら、途中でご飯に乗せて玉子かけご飯みたいにして食べるでしょうし、海鮮丼でも迷わずのせたでしょう。
ヅケ茶漬けなので、温泉玉子をそのままいただくことにしました。
