大阪肥後橋の和食どころ「このは」で
お昼を食べようと思ったら閉まってる・・・。
仕方ないので、近くの焼き鳥店
『播鳥』を訪問。
チキン南蛮など鶏のランチがいただけます。
前に夜に来たときは気づかなかったけど、
このお店、厨房が2階にあるみたい。
ランチもメイン料理は2階で作り、
ご飯とみそ汁だけ1Fで用意するというオペレーションのよう。
ご飯のジャーは床に置かれていて
ちょっと嫌な感じ。
スペースがないのでしょうが・・・。
■からあげ定食
からあげだけ先に出て
待てども待てどもご飯とお味噌汁が揃わない。
別々に持ってくるスタイルです。
から揚げの味は、まあ食べられるが
チェーン店の味。
キャベツ硬い。
お米の味がイマイチです。
店員さんは感じがよく
怠けている感じは全くないですが
テーブルに拭き残しがあったり
必要なものが空のままだったり
行き届いてはないですね。
普通に配膳するだけでなく
2階と行ったりきたり、
かつ1階でご飯を盛る作業もあって、とても忙しそうだから
仕方ないのかな。
店先には段ボールに入った野菜が出しっぱなし
玄関マットは折れて位置が大幅にズレている。
残念ですが
外見のだらしない印象がそのままお店の中にも出ていました。
定食は700円、食べると100円引きサービス券をくれるので
次回は600円で食べられます。
