淀屋橋での仕事案件前にランチ利用です。
土曜日でしたが、なかなかの混み具合でした。
プレミアム牛めし 大（530円）と豚汁変更（180円）を購入。
プレミアムは関東が中心らしいですが、こちらの店舗はそれに準じたメニュー構成のようです。
投稿時点では関西は大阪府に7店舗のみで、その内の1店。
大盛サイズだと、普通の牛めしよりもプレミアムの方が100円高い設定です。
プレミアムと普通を同時に食べ比べたことがないので明確な差は分かりませんが、肉質が若干良い気はしました。
（プレミアムと表現されれば、そう錯覚してしまう･･･ｗ）
松屋は味噌汁がセットですが、ほぼ毎回豚汁へ変更。
やや油っぽくはありましたが、おいしくいただきました。
