ランチタイムに900円で、ハーフ＆ハーフのピッツァが
楽しめる、太っ腹サービスが嬉しいチーナさん。
お店は靱公園の北側、西船場公園の斜め向かい。
日曜の13時頃、お店の前には自転車がズラリ。
店内は家族連れや女性同士など、テーブル席はほぼ満席。
テーブル同士が近いので、今回はカウンター席へ。
スツールに対してカウンターが高いものの、
広めのカウンターで早速メニューを確認。
ランチは大きく分けて3種類、全て900円（サラダ付き）
*石窯焼きPIZZAランチ
*イタリア家庭料理のワンプレート（ライスorフォカッチャ）
*生パスタとミニ前菜付きランチセット（パスタ2種より）
ワンプレートの家庭料理は、以下3種類からメイン選択。
・鶏肉のトマトバジル煮込み
・アボカドときのこのクリームドリア
・ミラノ風ポークカツレツ
さらに、野菜のトマト煮込みやイタリア風オムレツ、
玉子と海老タルタルやポテトサラダなど副菜も3～4品。
このメニューにも魅かれつつ、初志貫徹でPIZZA注文。
これまた、メニューが豊富で迷いまくり。

冷たくシャキシャキ、葉野菜だけじゃないのが嬉しい！
*PIZZA（クアトロフォルマッジ＆海老タルタル玉子）
ドドーンとお皿からはみ出そうな大迫力のピッツァ！
ローマ風で薄めですが、それでもボリュームたっぷり。
ピッツァ生地は意外にふんわり柔らか、外はサックリ。
ローマ風はもう少し薄くクリスピーなイメージでしたが・・
ナポリっぽいもっちり感や塩気は低く、あっさり軽め。
・クアトロフォルマッジ
生地から雪崩そうなほどの、たっぷりチーズ。
4種類のチーズは、ゴーダ、クリームチーズ、
モツァレラ、ゴルゴンゾーラ。
チーズ5種「チーナ」は、+マスカルポーネとのこと。
もちもちモツァレラと、クリーミーな食感が印象的。
ゴルゴンゾーラのピリリとした刺激に蜂蜜が合う！
そう、こちらではピッツァ用に以下がスタンバイ。
オリーブオイル、ハバネロソース、蜂蜜、唐辛子oil、
粉チーズ、ミックスハーブまで！至れり尽くせり！
・海老タルタル玉子
こちらも玉子とマヨのタルタルがこぼれんばかり。
プリプリの海老に、薄切り玉葱、ケイパーの酸味。
優しい味わいなので、お子様にも食べやすそう。
唐辛子オイルで辛味を足すと大人向けに。
マイルドで柔らかい生地・味付けながら、意外にボリューム十分、かなりの食べ応え。
ナポリピッツァの塩気・もっちり膨らんだ生地も好きですが
サックリ歯切れよい生地も、なかなか楽しめました。
公園が近いためか、子供連れのお客さんも多いようで
絵本が何種類もあったり、アットホームで優しい雰囲気。
900円とは思えない充実したランチでコスパも高め。
今度は、オリジナルソースのCATピッツァか、
ワンプレートのイタリア家庭料理も試してみたいです。
